Lancaster West Resident Leaseholders Group
We are a group representing the resident leaseholders on the Lancaster West estate. Our aim is to see that our interests are protected in the forthcoming refurbishment. We need to stand together to ensure that, just as with the leaseholders in tower we are are not charged for the refurbishment.
Most have the works are long overdue repairs which we have already paid for many times over in our service charges.
